One to One Yoga
I can usually offer one to one yoga sessions either in a dedicated space in Central Oxford or in people's homes. But at the moment these sessions are online. There are different reasons for having one to one sessions. People might simply prefer to work this way rather than be in a public class. It is also a good way to work with a teacher to develop a personal practice which you can do on your own. It also gives the opportunity to work more deeply with particular postures so they are better understood. This can have a big effect on the rest of someone's practice. It is also quite common for people to request restorative practice on their own.
